Increase Throughput (Electronics)

Context: This multinational electronics company which has a plant in the north of Mexico had an increase in demand and was not being able to achieve those results.

Problem: Releasing more work orders than before to the operation created several bottlenecks that were managed properly

Solution: Implementation of specific lean principles in the production lines and theory of constraints in the scheduling system helped to increase throughput.

Results: Increased from 3.8M to 8.7M connectors per month

Increase Throughput (Mining)

Context: This International Gold and Silver underground mine located in Mexico owns 3 different mines within the same district is a key location for the company.

Problem: The coordination and planning of different departments was not being done properly, this generated constant delays in the operation.

Solution: Creating a system to coordinate different departments under the same operations plan

Results: Increased from 2.8Mt to 3.4Mt per day

Increase Revenue (Vicrila)

Context: This Glassware manufacturing plant located in Mexico has good reputation and many years in the Retail and B2B business.
